Plan content across brands

Content Station features an intuitive content planning application that allows managers to see all dossiers for a given brand and scheduled output. Dossier Templates allow for the creation of generic content packages, complete with tasks and supplemental files, that can easily be dragged into scheduled content plans.

Use Dossiers as content packages

Dossiers are a pivotal component of Enterprise. They allow for the creation of content packages that can be scheduled for multiple outputs (print, online, mobile devices, etc). Dossiers can contain as many objects as are needed for a scheduled topic, including background files, Microsoft Office documents, etc, even if those pieces are never published.

Dossiers hold all content associated with an article or project

Monitor print publications without InDesign

The Publication Overview application shows managers the status and content of print pages created in InDesign. Approvals can be done from this tool along with leaving Sticky Notes to communicate with designers in real-time.

Publication Overview gives managers a high-level overview of the status of the publication

Publish to channels with a single click

With Content Station, users can publish to any output channel with a click of the button. Previews and unpublish capabilities are also available. Enterprise's deep integration with third-party systems means that users can focus on one application for their needs as opposed to learning several from various vendors.
